1. Be respectful to all players and staff.
No harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated.

2. Play fair and follow the game’s rules.
Cheating or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the table.

3. Treat game components with care.
Do not bend cards, damage pieces, or eat/drink over the games.

4. Follow Demoer or Game Master instructions.
If someone is running a session, their guidance is the final word.

5. Return borrowed games and components in full.
Leave everything as you found it, sorted and packed properly.

6. Keep your play area tidy.
Clear trash, cups, and personal items to respect shared spaces.

7. Stick to time limits where applicable
Be mindful of session time so others can enjoy games too.

8. No outside sales or trading in the Open Gaming Hall.
All sales should be done through the approved Vendor Areas.

9. Respect Tournament Zones and rules.
Do not interrupt ongoing matches or touch components not your own.

10. Be inclusive.
Welcome new players, explain games patiently, and help create a fun experience for all.
