Venue & Security Measures:

• The Concourse Convention Center - Dubai Outlet Mall, is equipped with professional security, monitored entry points, and 24/7 surveillance during the event.
• Security staff will be present at all key areas to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
• All bags may be subject to inspection upon entry.

Code of Conduct:

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Anyone in violation of the event Code of Conduct may be removed from the premises without refund.
• Respect fellow attendees, Exhibitors, Game Masters, staff, and volunteers at all times.

Health & Wellness:

• First aid stations and trained medical staff will be available onsite throughout the event.
• Food vendors will follow local health and safety regulations.
• Rest areas will be available to help you relax and recharge.

Child Safety:

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• The dedicated Kid’s Zone will be monitored and designed with age-appropriate safety measures in place.

Reporting Concerns:

• If you feel unsafe or witness a concern, please notify the nearest staff member or visit the Info Booth immediately.
• All concerns will be handled with discretion and seriousness.
