tabletop.me is the first major tabletop gaming convention in the Middle East. 
It is for everyone: players, families, collectors, game designers, publishers, and anyone curious about tabletop gaming in any of its forms.

• tabletop.me is taking place at The Concourse Convention Center, Dubai Outlet Mall, a spacious venue with over 7,300m² dedicated to tabletop gaming.
  

tabletop.me, the first tabletop gaming convention in the Middle East. It is a landmark event serving the UAE’s local community as well as attracting international visitors from neighbouring countries. Open to the masses, newcomers to gaming, and seasoned enthusiasts, the convention will engage its attendees in the rich world of tabletop gaming. 

The event will showcase all aspects of the hobby, including board games, trading card games (TCGs), miniature gaming, role-playing games (RPGs), classic abstract games and jigsaw puzzles, fostering a vibrant and inclusive space for everyone.

• Your Ticket – Printed or digital QR Code; just have it ready at the entrance.
• Valid ID – Always good to have on you; especially needed if you are picking up a pre-order or participating in a tournament.
• Your Favorite Games – Optional, but great if you want to share a personal favorite or play with friends at the Gaming Library.
• Deck or Minis Lists – Required if you are entering a TCG or Minis tournament. Make sure you have everything needed for a smooth experience.
• Cash or Card – Vendors will be selling artworks, handcrafts, games, singles, accessories, and food; so be ready to shop.
• Charged Phone and Power Bank – For checking event and tournament schedules, taking photos, and staying connected throughout the day.
• Water Bottle – Keep yourself hydrated through the event.
• Comfortable Clothes – Expect to walk, sit, and play a lot, so wear something you can relax in.
• Good Vibes & Gaming Spirit – Come ready to meet new people, try new games, and enjoy the full tabletop.me experience!

You can get to The Concourse Convention Center - Dubai Outlet Mall, in several different ways:

• By Car - via the Dubai - Al Ain Road (E66), about 25 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
• By Taxi or Ride-Hailing app - you can easily reach The Concourse - Dubai Outlet Mall via such apps. 
• By Shuttle Bus - several shuttle buses will be available from designated pickup points. Full details will be announced closer to the date.
• By Public Bus - Bur Dubai Bus Station, Bus Route 66 or 67 - 50 minutes travel time to Dubai Outlet Mall.
  By Flying Carpet – just follow the camel meeples leading to tabletop.me. Parking for Flying carpets not assured, but imagination is always guaranteed!

• You can register for TCG and Miniature tournaments directly through Platinum List, subject to availability. Make sure to select the "Tournament Ticket" type and your preferred game when booking (you can only choose one experience). 
• Board Game, Classic Game, Speed Puzzling, and additional TCG tournaments can be registered for through the Tournaments Page in the tabletop.me website. Please make sure to purchase your event ticket before signing up for any tournaments as that is needed to enter the show.

Yes! Some publishers and designers will be demoing their latest games, including titles not yet released in the regional market. It’s a great chance to discover something new before it hits the shelves.

Definitely. There will be a dedicated TTM Games Market selling a wide selection of games, including new releases, classics, and exclusive offers and merchandise at the event.

• Yes, tabletop.me is built with families in mind, featuring kid-friendly games, a dedicated Kids' Zone, with a safe, inclusive environment for all ages.

• Age Limits – tabletop.me is open to everyone without any age restrictions. Children 7 years old and below enter for free.
  Junior Gamers – Attendees aged 8 to 12 fall under this category and must purchase a Junior Gaming ticket.​

• Junior gamers can enjoy experiences in a dedicated Kids Play Zone, be demoed with family-friendly board games, and creative activities tailored just for their age group. ​
