Terms of Service

By accessing or using the tabletop.me website or participating in the tabletop.me event, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. General Conduct
All participants must behave respectfully and responsibly towards fellow attendees, exhibitors, Game Masters and staff. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Ticketing and Admission

  • All sales are final. No refunds are permitted unless the event is cancelled.
  • Tickets purchased via Platinum List may be upgraded to a higher-tier option directly through the same platform.
  • Tickets are required for all attendees aged 8 and above.
  • ID may be required at entry for verification purposes.
  • tabletop.me reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who violates these terms or the event’s code of conduct.

3. Children and Minors
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s conduct and safety during the event.

4. Participation in Activities
Some activities (such as tournaments or workshops) may require pre-registration or additional fees. Attendees are expected to follow the rules and etiquette of each event or tournament they join.

5. Exhibitor and Vendor Responsibility
Exhibitors are responsible for their own products, displays, and interactions with attendees. tabletop.me is not liable for any sales, disputes, or issues between vendors and consumers.



6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to logos, branding, text, photos, and video, is the property of Gameinox or its respective exhibiting partners and may not be used without written permission.

7. Photography and Media
By attending tabletop.me, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images may be used in future marketing or promotional materials for the event.

8. Health and Safety
Attendees must comply with all health and safety rules as required by local authorities or event organisers. This may include sanitisation, distancing, or wearing masks depending on regulations at the time.

9. Outside Food and Drink
Food and beverages may only be consumed in designated areas. No outside food is allowed in the Open Gaming Halls.

10. Liability
tabletop.me and its organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendees participate at their own risk.

11. Changes and Cancellation
tabletop.me reserves the right to modify event content, schedules, or locations without prior notice. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, appropriate notices will be made and refund options (when applicable) will be communicated.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
